Office Hours

Monday to Thursday   8:30 a.m. – noon
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday   8:30 a.m. – noon

If you need personal support outside of our office hours, please ask for a separate appointment.

Ticket System

You can contact our support or check the status for your requests at any time using our ticket system. We will respond in a timely manner within our office hours. Alternatively, you may post your support requests via email to helpdesknoSpam@dhbw-loerrach.de.

Depending on the nature of your request, you may be asked to run AnyDesk on your computer. This software allows us to directly access your computer to provide the necessary support.
